Destroyed my neighbors vehicle brain. They have not been able to use the vehicle for a month, couldn't go on planned vacation, and have not been offered a refund or rental. Car tunes are completely incompetent, dishonest, and greedy. At the very least, they should offer a rental vehicle or some sort of compensation for my neighbors loss. If you don't know what you are doing, don't attempt to do it. Get my review changed with your actions starting today, 6/25/2025.
