Our AC on the Equinox stopped working on Saturday and we endured the hot weather and no AC until Monday morning when I could get it into the shop. I was very impressed at 8 am on a Monday morning to receive such a friendly greeting from Christine. She was professional, kind and patient as she explained the process and welcomed me to wait if I wanted to.
