I am lodging a formal complaint against Wagga Motors regarding an abusive and deceptive service experience. Prior to traveling from Griffith, I was assured that, as an official Honda dealership, they had the capability to source any parts and resolve issues very quickly. Relying on this professional assurance, I sacrificed a day of wages from my casual job and completed a four-hour round trip.
