It's my first time to use the Car Stereo Speakers installation service of Car Toyz in this location. I did not know what to expect for their service. But Mr. Joe is quite a patient person with lots of knowledgeability on Car Stereos Systems, possible technical issues regarding functional and quality results according to customer expectation. I did have a satisfactory results from their service. Now I know where to go for a price reasonable and trustworthy service. Thank you, Mr. Joe!

We have been repeat customers at Car Toys for good reason. Recently I had a problem with a system that I bought many years ago for an older vehicle. The very kind man who helped me got my system back to correct functioning in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Car Toys in Spokane Valley on Sullivan!!

My husband took my car in to the dealer (Larson) get the 2 front windows tinted. When he gets it back the dash cam was unplugged, the sunroof was opened, the sport button was on, the seat was reclined as far as it could go (the tv was hitting my granddaughters car seat) and the radio was on a different station on blast. I have a serious complaint and would like to hear back from someone regarding what I experienced at this location. I was quoted for what I wanted, which was a full dash replacement kit when my stereo was installed. I received the quote from one person whose name I cannot remember, but it seems as though there are only two main sales guys always there. I'm happy to say that I'm a repeat customer of CarToys. In October 2016, Car Toys modified the dashboard of my 2001 Dodge Ram and installed a Jensen multimedia touch screen car stereo with built-in navigation and a backup camera. I decided to replace the unit after 5 1/2 years with a car stereo that has Apple CarPlay. I went back to CarToys and spoke with the staff. One of the technicians remembered working on my pickup. I purchased a used vehicle earlier in July. Of course the stock stereo and speakers leave something to be desired, especially when one likes loud, clear music. I have used Car Toys a number of times in the past with minimal issues. I went here again this time. I was looking for a new 2-din deck, Focal speakers, and a sub.
