This is a joke of a company. Go anywhere else. Seriously anywhere else. They can't even give a decent quote. Tell them your car tell them there is no modifications and all you need is the wiring harness installed. What do you get.well told every car is different . Hmm pretty darned sure if I buy a book for my model jeep they are all the same for the model when they rolled off the factory floor. They are rip off artists looking for people that have no clue about cars.
I am having to file an insurance claim against them and a small claim case in Denver County. They botched an install on my Silverado, attempted to repair it three times (all the time admitting guilt and responsibility), cost me loss of business as I do catering out of state and my truck was unreliable and didn't even run at times, and numerous other expenses including rental cars, hotels, taxis, etc. They have continually admitted guilt but every time they try to remedy the situation they change their minds and delay. Terrible staff, terrible everything! Installer, Matt, broke a pillar when installing bluetooth microphone, promised to make good, but made absolutely no effort and never made good on it. I called the store and left several messages asking that either he or the manager return my call; none of my calls were returned. I even gave him another trim piece so he could try to match the color, he never even returned it to me. Store is staffed with a bunch of "children" working on commission that don't give a s**t about you & it shows... read more
