Sales Reps aren't very good I purchased an aftermarket deck at crutchfield to save some money. I first went to stereo warehouse down the street but it seemed somewhat shady. I brought it to Car toys because they had a nice lifetime installation warranty on their service. I was also a little worried about doing the nav wiring myself. Don't take care of problems This happened a few years ago, but..... I went to one of those Car Toy's tent sales and spent close to a grand on a new system for my Corvette. First the good: Everything looked good and worked fine after the install. Now the bad: I replaced the original Bose speakers with Infinities, and had it re-wired. Instead of disconnecting the old wires from the old speakers, the numbskull installer just cut the old wires. If that was not bad enough, he also broke the toggle switch for my alarm. Everything you need This car toys location has everything under the sun for your vehicle. They carry cell phones, pagers, navigation systems, alarm systems, and car audio and theatre. We went here looking for a tv to be installed in our truck. They have really competitive prices and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We would have bought here in a heartbeat, but they didn't carry the exact model we were looking for. Not there fault though because it's a fairly uncommon item. Good store, service, and prices.
Great Manager Had a slight problem but the manager got everything taken care of great. I will be getting my next alarm system from Car Toys. I would highly recommend Car Toys as they have an excellent selection of products.
Great Shop This shop has about everything you can imagine for your car, I purchanced a car alarm there and they did a great job installing it. I deffinently recommend them to anyone who needs an alarm installed or needs nic nacs for thier vehicles. Nice staff and they know what they are talking about.
my car toys bad experiance Purchased Clifford alarm with life time warranty from car toys. I lost the remote so I called car toys to see about a new remote. Was asked how old the alarm was. I told them 4 or 5 years old. I was then told that they would probably not be able to get a remote for it and I would have to purchase a new alarm. To much pressure not enough time. The sales staff at car toys was pushy not knowlegable and didn't seem to have time for me. I took my suv to them to have a stereo installed and the staff hardly gave me the time of day. I left very disatisfied and sore toward the entire corporation.
car toys I went in to car toys trying to buy a new cell phone and look for a new stereo. The sales people took along time to come and help me out but when they did they knew what they were talking about and what would be the best. They have all kinds of stuff that is good for just about any car you could want. They also have a great stock to choose from.
Awesome Service and Low Prices!!!!! Basically what had happened is I bought a new car (to me) and was looking to put some 4 inch speakers in the doors by cutting my door panels.
