Consumer service isn't the best. You can go in and not be greeted for like 20-30 minutes usually. I always leave wondering why I even went back. Usually just to ask questions but I'd be more inclined to spend money if they were more enthusiastic and helpful.
To the point, I called, was given a appointment the next day, they saw me at my appointment time, car was in and out quick and clean, and the price was less than what was quoted.
David at CarToys went above and beyond to help me! I purchased several, new speakers to be installed in my car and he and his team managed to get it all done in less than a day! He was very knowledgeable about what system would be a good fit for my car and provided great advice when needed. I would encourage anyone to go see David and his team at the McKinney CarToys!
