pricey but Craig and the team was awesome, installed my radio in an hour
Had ignition device installed. 5 days later my truck won't start after multiple attempts. Took truck back to car toys. They charged me $100 to fix their bad install. They stated there was nothing wrong with their install and the fee to inspect their install was $100. Manager Matt suggested operator error, suggesting that I dont know how to turn the key to my own truck. Orrrrrr.... they fixed their bad install and charged me for the repair. Horrible customer service.
This was a difficult experience. The stereo install went well. The window tint didn't happen the first day (after stereo install) due to software issues, came back the next day to get windows tinted, was told it was going to be 3 hrs, ended up being 9 hrs. Had to wait for window tinting to complete camera install. After leaving the shop, 1/2 mile down the road, the radio cuts in and out also cutting dash instruments out as well. The guys stayed and fixed the issue (which ended up being the fuse from the manufacturer)
Great guys, great prices and they did a great job not only installed a new Sony stereo and adapter kit in my Raptor but also ceramic front windshield film. I’d definitely recommend them!
