Oh what a mess and what a terrible, terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM CAR TOYS!!!!!!! We went in a couple of weeks ago to have my wife's car stereo (Pioneer AVIC) installed. We arrived and were immediately taken in for installation and they were as nice as could be. We left that evening with everything seemingly working properly.
