I spent $4000 on a system for my truck. Had issues, brought it back, they said the amp was fried, and tried selling me a new one. The reality is, the issue was the rca cables, and i had turned the bass know down. DO NOT TRUST THEM
NOTICE to all Rockwall residents who have used CarToys the went bankrupt and were purchase by another individual/firm. They are not honoring any warranty for CarToy installation or purchases. I would recommend you find another local business that will honor their products and services.
The service was professional and responsive. They answered all questions and provided great service.
Courtesy, knowledgeable and friendly. Instal went well and system sounds extremely nice!!!
