The people are very helpful here. Many services at a set rate get discounted as add ons to a previously ordered service by the installers. The sales people also look for ways to keep you within budget too.
Very disappointed in Irving store. I ordered the conversion part for my Lincoln. When I went to get it installed I was told there would be an additional $150 charge to purchase a component so the radio would work with my steering wheel buttons. This was after two trips to the store, and an error and delay in their ordering . Why couldnt John have told me I would need an additional interface component in the first place!! He was also very unapologetic and didn't even act like he cared.
