They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! They sold us a 2021 car and within 2 months the engine went out and have to be replaced and they could care less. They words "its nothing we can do about it" when nissan took the engine apart They saw how cartown PREOWNED rigged it up. All together that car is 16,000 to get fix! If I could give this business a zero star rating I absolutely would. They sold me a vehicle that is labeled a “biohazard” vehicle. I was NOT made aware of this, which is not only illegal (misrepresentation of a vehicle) but is also bad business. I have all messages and phone recordings of me contacting them about this issue & the story changed from “they didn’t know” to “they don’t know what “biohazard” means” to “dispute it”.
