Super disappointed in the service department! My mother who is 75 yrs old received a text from the service department stating she needed to bring her car in for service even though she had just been there in April. They told her she had to have a complete front axle replaced which cost $1300 and it had to be done today. Her car was driving fine. Dealt with Justin and Hillary for this experience. The sales reps helped me tremendously. Found a car that get great mileage and was out the door in no time with this purchase this is my fourth purchase from this dealership. I experienced some issues out of the service department at times which you would think that someone there so often would have a different experience. Multiple recalls. I showed up a week ago and they had sent my parts back to warehouse. They couldn’t fix. Rescheduled for today with air conditioning diagnostic. When I show up 10 minutes before my appointment I have to wait 10 minutes in front of employee and then he tells me it could take up to 2 days for air to be diagnosed. I was never told this before and the only solution is to reschedule that if I want it fixed. Very disappointed with customer service and the lack of responsibility for their service department.
