Excellent service! At this time, cart town Kia was down a technician and even with that they still provided me the best service and kept me up-to-date with everything that was happening. Thank you so much to Ashlie for Staying up-to-date with my services and just being so kind and gracious while I asked so many questions and was under a lot of stress. I highly recommend car town Kia in the future and if I could, I’d give him a 10 out of 10 for above and beyond. Thank you Car town Kia!
Mechanical breakdown on my engine left me no time to schedule an appointment, but I had it towed in the following day. I was told with it having to be worked in it may be a few days. Luckily, I can get rides or perhaps a rental. Everyone in the service department have been very wonderful. In all my frustration I left my important paperwork there and they found it and took care to get it to my car!!
