An oil change even with an appointment takes 3 hours if not more.
Fixed a kia recall item and did Multipoint inspection & oil change in a timely manner. Anthony was a great service coordinator and communication update’s frequently.
If I could give them zero stars I would. So last year I took my car to Car Town KIA USA in Lexington for them to fix the AC in my car. They told me it was fixed and charged me $450. I paid and went on my way, the same day I left, the AC still wasn’t working, and still isn’t today. I just took my babies out in my car and had to rush back home because it was so hot we couldn’t breathe in my car. Their little faces were so red, and I was panicking it was so hot in there.
