Took close to month to diagnose the problem on the car on top of that they broke my glove box and the charging port on the dash doesn’t work anymore and won’t do anything to fix it what a joke!
had a very disappointing and concerning experience with the service department at Kia of Lexington. When I signed the service paperwork, the total was written as around $400, which I agreed to. However, when I checked out, my total was over $500 + tax. That is not what I signed for, and changing the price after the fact is unacceptable.I was later told the parts alone were $394 + tax, which is extremely high for basic plastic components like an undertrim and wheel trim. I went to cartown kia for a couple of vehicles and never had a bad experience. Until NOW! My 2019 Kia sorento has been in the shop for over a month with engine issues and the vehicle only has 100k miles. They dont offer loaners and have not been great to deal with at all. I will never purchase another vehicle from Kia. Im so disappointed because kia has been my favorite dealer. Im so appalled at the laxk of customer service in Nicholasville Kentucky.
I would give them a big fat 0 if i could. I had appt at 9 on Tuesday for oil change, window trim fix or repair and wind noise on passenger sude door. It is Friday at 10:00 am and still no update or communication about my car. No one can be without their car for 4 days. This is unacceptable. I will never own another Kia. Also the service department is not accepting calls. Just the worst dealarship.
