Tech left oil plug loose. Lost oil and engine has a noise. Telling me it my fault and refusing to fix. Getting different stories from service dept. Car only has 42000 mile. They changed oil 1 month before incident.

They told us during the sale that we were paying for a package that would cover badic maintenance but when I took it in to the service department for the first time they said we had no such thing. They treated me like I was some crazy person trying to get free oil changes...then told me there was yet ANOTHER recall for one of our vehicles. The service department at Car Town Kia is absolutely useless. 5 weeks out to get a vehicle diagnostic check, and they act as if "that's your problem your vehicle isn't running not ours". To top it off you can't take your car anywhere else because Kia chooses not to share their tools or warranty information with other dealerships, just so you have to bring it to them. Don't buy a Kia, you'll regret the issues the car has and the hassle of dealing with their service department.
