I had a scheduled appointment for two recalls on my K5. The date and time was 10 Aug at 11:45. I get there on time, game a service member the keys and that was that. I go kill time around florence, and get back to the dealership after 2pm. My car wasn’t touched within those 3 hours! I talked to a different service member and he said the previous service member dropped the ball on my car and he’s at lunch. He also stated that I would receive a phone call about this and never did. Smh.
