They sold If Icould give this place a 0 I would. We bought a used car there last week. Just drove it home no where else. Next day the dash said low air pressure. We had to go back to finish sale. The mechanic put more air in it then looked at it. Said to bring it back if it happened again. Well it did. Long story short it was a cracked wheel and we would have to pay $750. If I could give them zero stars I would. So last year I took my car to Car Town KIA USA in Lexington for them to fix the AC in my car. They told me it was fixed and charged me $450. I paid and went on my way, the same day I left, the AC still wasn’t working, and still isn’t today. I just took my babies out in my car and had to rush back home because it was so hot we couldn’t breathe in my car. Their little faces were so red, and I was panicking it was so hot in there. My elderly mother bought a new Kia at another dealership 3 years ago. Because they are too far away, she brings her car here for any oil changes because it usually runs her $45. See below comments. KIA bate and switch. Forces customers to hight interest rates. I return the car and they cashed my check. The check was written wrong and should never attempted to cash. I submitted fraudulent charges to my bank and kia will not respond. Tomorrow I'm filing a police report. KIA should be shutdown and charged for their by deception. Talked to sophia before i came in regards to a kia seltos, she Saïd with my crédit and Jo should be able to get it with no problem for 300 a month because it was Already preapproved. I get there immediately they tell me it would be between 450 and 500 a month after i drove 45m. Then they proceed to show me cars they thought id like two of which had the same mileage as my car one was already presold another had 70k miles and then finally a suc with 41k m, i say ok if we could get it for 300 no more than 350 a month they start... read more
Watch out for this dealership. I went there thinking I was going to negotiate from the msrp down the dealership raised the price $8,000 and tried to tell me that they paid msrp for the vehicleI we know dealerships pay invoice and consumers pay less than msrp.
