These scumbags can't be trusted. My wife went in to get a car for 5k, plus warranty, this came out to around 7k. They told her that was it, sent her on her way. Along comes the first payment and we find out she owes 13k on the car. Turns out they neglected to mention that they pulled a switcheroo on her loan provider and instead of using the agreed upon, local credit union that already approved her for the original 7k they swapped it out with their crony credit union in Ohio without telling her wich charged much higher rates... read more
We stopped in without an appointment and immediately greeted by Barry Fisher. We came to see a specific vehicle they still had on the lot. He made sure it was warmed up and ready for a test drive. We still have a lot of snow and ice here in Lexington but it took them no time at all to have it ready for the test drive. We purchased a used vehicle from Car Town Kia and ran into a major mechanical issue just three weeks later. Unfortunately, the necessary repair wasn’t covered under our warranty. Barry Fisher was so great to deal with! Not pushy at all. He did everything he could to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a price that was affordable for us and even got us a warranty! No one better in my opinion. Best car buying experience I've had to date and I'm no spring chicken!
