My father brought his van there a few months ago. They told him he needed a new coil pack. He dropped off the van, when he picked it up he paid them $275. The van was still acting odd so when I said something the guy told him he changed the coil pack, there’s nothing wrong. My dad just went to another place, they said there is no evidence that the coil pack was ever changed and everything on the van was the original parts. Basically they straight up lied to my dad and took his money.
Very friendly and knowledgeable and very fair price
The staff at Car Tek were very professional! They gave me an upfront price after they diagnosed my car and they had it fixed in a days time. They are definitely great at what they do!
This is by far the worse place I have ever been they must have changed ownership. I was told to bring my car to them on a Thursday my car sat until next Thursday. I even call to check the status and was told we will have it ready the next day. I had to go get my car a week later to see that it never moved out the spot I parked it in. I can honestly say I will not take a bicycle to Cartek for repair no professionalism..
