Based on my personal experience, the way he handles customers left me feeling deeply frustrated and disrespected. The pricing I was given was far beyond what I found elsewhere in the market, supported by explanations that did not match the actual situation. The owner Ryan is a very wonderful, honest, transparent and helpful. Ryan did work that VW priced at close to $4k for less than $2k. He’s been in the business a long time and just knows cars. He doesn’t rely on technology and computers, he’s genuinely a skilled mechanic. When I asked him what kind of car I should buy, he gave me a full rundown on all the cars I mentioned, the good, the bad, the ugly. He’s knowledgeable and kind. Strongly recommend!
