This law firm is truly wonderful. The staff are warm, friendly, and down to earth. This firm has Christian values, and they sincerely want to help the "little guy" not get railroaded by the insurance companies. Mr. Jenkins first helped me when I got in a car wreck during our icey January. Now he is helping me because I got laid off due to my medical leave. This firm is not professional at all. They are very slow and avoid phone calls. You can NEVER SPEAK to the attorney. Do not let them firm represent you. They are horrible. Everyone in the office. After you you sign papers for them to represent you, you will not hear from them anytime soon. Madoo is never in and the Assistant and Management are awful
