Shoddy installation that shorted out the back-up camera system I had them install with a new stereo. I had told them at the purchase time that I was going to be moving from the area they assured me that they had been in business since the 1980's and were there for the long run...and once my problem was found, I called and called but they never would answer. Went by the Martha Lake/Lynnwood location after a 9 hour planned drive from Boise and the store is now closed with note on door saying that it is open by appointment only... read more
Went to cartoys and got a quote, called to see what type of custom work they do and what kind of equipment they had . Was immediately told that he couldn't tell me a quote without seeing the car, I told him I just wanted an ideal, Joshua then used profanity and hung up the phone. He should learn customer service and understand there is a person on the other end of the phone. I've sent a few customers there but will never refer them to the company. I recommend going anywhere else.
