Had my windows tinted 2 years ago. Started bubbling recently so I reached out to their Facebook to arrange to have it fixed under warranty. I asked the respondent to verify they had me in their system because I didn't want to waste my time getting turned away (don't have a receipt.) He told me to come in and he would take care of it. As a follow-up to my previous message, the owner of Car Stereo One has reached me and apologized. He told me that he talked to the involved employee and promised to improve their customer service in future. Therefore, I was thinking to delete or further edit on my previous message, but Birdeye review site cannot allow me to delete/edit, so this review serves as an update to my previous message.

I went to Car Stereo One to install my remote starter yesterday and then I found out that my AC was not working properly (it was totally fine when I sent my car in). AC blew cool at 61 degree, but blew crazy hot after switching to 62 degree or above. I took my car back in and they quickly (within about 10 min) checked the car and told me that they have done nothing to AC and it was none of their business (pretty rude and clearly did not want to deal with this any more).
