Just called to ask a question about buying and getting a dash cam installed on my vehicle. All I got was a "hello" and when I asked if this was the business I was calling, not another word. Didn't answer the phone professionally as in "car stereo this is so and so how many I help you". Even the "hello" had a tone of voice like I was disturbing him. I wanted the fairly expensive $300 forward and rear recording dash cam that plugs into the OBD2 port. Well he lost any business from me.

Called up told him what I needed. He insulted me told me I used the wrong term and corrected me on what the official term is for the splitter for the factory head unit to the amp.. then when I said "ok you know what I'm talking about" he hung up on me. What a waste of a phone call and time.

I am not happy with the lights the way they are installed on my bike even though there are strips and pods 10 of them $700 later the app just is not what I thought it was going to be. It states I have to add music to have your lights Flash to the beat of the music. But you have to keep your microphone on inside the app which picks up all noises around me including the engine does not seem to be compatible not sure what the problem is? Also it takes forever to connect.
