Customer service is nonexistent. I had an issue with my Viper alarm/remote start a week after installation and attempted to contact the shop multiple times with no response via email or phone. Spend your money elsewhere. I’ve reached out to the BBB and other sources to report their business practices. Not a safe place to be. Note that they never respond to any negative reviews. Again, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!
