Excellent work, excellent communication. Great front desk woman
brought my car in to get all 4 windows tinted, they only tinted the back 2 and paid full. I had been so busy that I couldn’t even bring it in and when I did they wanted me to pay almost $100 even after I had told them I paid full and they had an unfinished job. They didn’t like that I wouldn’t let it go so they eventually do the tint.(I had to pay $70) (poor tint job with lint and bubbles) When I got my car back the passenger speaker was blown out and there was a piece they clearly forced open. They will over quote you, website prices are different and will not honor. Poor install. Bubbled tint. Tint not cut correctly. Unprofessional service with person texting appointments named Daniel. I had 2 previous vehicles tinted here, tried to give them a second chance but they failed.
Didn’t do the job I asked them to do and they didn’t clean up the liquid solution that dripped and dried (leaving streaks) all over the car doors when they squeegeed the tint film onto the door windows. The customer service was lacking enthusiasm and appreciation, except for the woman who works the front desk, she was very professional and friendly.
