On 11/15/23, Car Star went above & beyond to help. Our Ford F150 broke down, over heated, on hwy i80, then the battery died as well. We were trailering a tritoon boat as well. It was a bad sitution. Our roadside service warranty reached out to Car Star Auto Tech's towing service. They arrived within a reasonable time with 2 tow vehicles considering it was rush hour traffic. I took me Honda pilot 2011 to fix electrical problem paid 1200 and he didn’t even fix the problem had my truck for almost a year and didn’t fix it my opinion don’t take it to him
