Worst state inspection service ive ever encountered. This place is a joke. Had to handle my own work on the car and then they wouldn’t even cover a small discount for my inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here. I also wouldn’t recommend anyone who wants great customer service to come here either. Such a joke! Nice work Carspa you’ve now lost a customer for life. A customer that’s been coming here for years. DO NOT COME HERE. You’ll be disappointed.
I had a very bad experience i alway do my service here but lately they dont care a little more and bye car same happenned to my son they left the sceew loose and mine the oil filter and when i go there they lied to me said the transmition is leaking and voila my husband take the car to a shop and they leave the oil filter loose i never in my dreams going back here
Mr tight pants needs to go. He is completely rude to customers. Come in to get a wash in the morning and does not even say good morning. Bryan on the other hand does a great job.
Drove my SUV in a gentleman asked me what I wanted, very nice guy. Didn’t push me to get other services. I walked in, very clean, it was very busy it was a Saturday . I went over and sat down, 15 minutes later my car was ready. I was surprised there were a lot of cars I had trouble finding my car, a guy waved at me, I saw my car, asked me to walk around make sure everything was fine, it was, handed me my keys shut my door for me I drive off, very nice!
Terrible service. They never announced when my car was ready therefore resulting in my waiting 1.5 hours.
I stopped to get an oil change and detail on my car. After 45 minutes they called out to say my car was ready. After I got in I realized all they had done was vacuum the mats. I had to wait another 30 minutes while they performed the premium detail I paid for.
My side view mirror was smashed here. Was told it would be replaced... never was, even after many phone calls about the subject. I gave up 8 months ago.
