I came in for an exterior wash, the reviews were bad but i didn’t think anything of it. I literally paid 18 bucks for my car to come out dirtier than i drove in. I dont even know how to deal with this or remove this??? Seriously dont know how they have so much business you’re crazy to go back..

Took my vehicle in for detailing. They charged over $200 and severely damaged the taillights, painted surfaces and bumpers with a white stain that cannot be removed. They promised to contact their corporate office to have a damage report filed. I have waited over a month and have not heard back from anyone there.

I recently visited the Car Spa at 1700 N. Shiloh Rd., Garland, TX. I was there to use a four dollar off exterior wash coupon which I was presented at a previous vehicle inspection. When I could not use the coupon , an attendant appeared and explained that the coupons were no longer accepted. My coupon has no expiration date. I have been a customer of this location since it was opened and charged $5.00 for a car wash. This includes two vehicles with all inspections and washes.
