Took my vehicle in for detailing. They charged over $200 and severely damaged the taillights, painted surfaces and bumpers with a white stain that cannot be removed. They promised to contact their corporate office to have a damage report filed. I have waited over a month and have not heard back from anyone there.

I recently visited the Car Spa at 1700 N. Shiloh Rd., Garland, TX. I was there to use a four dollar off exterior wash coupon which I was presented at a previous vehicle inspection. When I could not use the coupon , an attendant appeared and explained that the coupons were no longer accepted. My coupon has no expiration date. I have been a customer of this location since it was opened and charged $5.00 for a car wash. This includes two vehicles with all inspections and washes. I was upsold an interior detailing package but they didn’t do the service properly.
