Goal: Install aftermarket search heaters in my car. Seth was courteous at all times when we had to reschedule several times because of snowy road conditions. When I was finally able to get there, early AM, Seth shared with me a small café where I could get breakfast & wait for the job to be done. Katzkin scheduled my leather seat installation with Car Spa sure fit so I drove over there and I walked in Car Spa was greeted by Dave and another gentleman, I felt welcome and Dave was friendly, caring and professional. He explained the difference types leather and how to take care of it, he even got me seat installed four days before the original installation date. Seth and Sam were great. They installed a backup camera on my 22-year-old car. High quality installation. They didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive system. Work was done promptly. They were very responsive via email and calls and texts. They fixed an electrical problem that the car dealer could not, enabling me to use an FM Bluetooth transmitter and to listen to music from my phone. I highly recommend them.
