I received a coupon for free Diamond wash last week and i drove 25 mins there today to claim it. Machine didn't take my coupon. When I asked for help and the assistant manager came and told me they no longer accept the coupon. The coupon was valid and wasn't expired. Why on earth would you send out these just to turn people away? Company should have honor it.
My parents have been coming here since I was in highschool and now I come here all the time as an adult! Mr. Dale is amazing and is always so friendly and hard working. I keep coming back because he is one of the best employees they have ever had. Judging by the other reviews I am not the only person who thinks so! I hope they are compensating him because he is a big reason this place has a lot of customers. THANK YOU DALE!!
⭐ 1 Star Avoid this car wash if you care about your vehicle. Today, their automatic conveyor system pushed my car into the vehicle in front of me. Once your vehicle is on the track, you are instructed to put it in neutral and have no control over its movement. The system is supposed to maintain a safe distance between vehicles, but it failed. The cars were being loaded too close together, and the conveyor continued moving until my vehicle collided with the one ahead. The result was damage to my car. What made the experience ... read more
