These are shady people, bought a Honda civic from them and they promised to pay for all the tires and told me to send the invoices to them because they were really old and one had a side wall fix. They sent me a photo of a check they wrote for the total and it had my name on it and then they ghosted me when I tried to actually get the check from them.
I bought a car from this dealership and never received the title. Now I have to go through a lot of processes with the DMV, pay for registration, and pay the tax again. This dealer is committing fraud
Solid guys. Mr. Saad, his brother and the salesman are very solid guys. my vehicle had some minor suspension issues And needed a full set of brakes (normal wear items on a car with 100k miles) But I was able to do the work myself for around 1000$ and my vehicle is still a very solid car with no issues 6 months later. Mr. Saad took off over quite a bit off asking price to accommodate for these minor issues. They even changed the oil! but I did the oil anyway just so I know it has the correct weight/amount for piece of mind. H... read more
BEWARE!!! We purchase a vehicle from this dealership on March 11th 2024, It is now May 2, 2024. The dealership wont return calls and now shows as closed. DMV shows that they dealer never started paperwork to transfer title. We have no transfer of ownership and no tags to legally drive the vehicle. After multiple trips to DMV, we are told we have to wait another 15 days then start the complaint process against the dealership. Meanwhile the temporary tags expire in 8 days from now and we are told by DMV he will be driving ille... read more
