Had a 10am oil change appointment. At 4:45 I hadn’t heard from them so I called. They checked and said “ no it’s not ready, it’ll be done 1st thing tomorrow “ That was unacceptable so I said forget it, I’ll be right there to pick it up. Less than 5 minutes later they called back said they had been waiting on a filter and would do the job right then.
