I called and booked an appointment for a state and emissions inspection on July 1st for July 11th at 3pm. When I arrived on July 11th, after taking time off of work to make it to the shop, the shop was closed. I called and could hear the phone ringing inside. I left a voicemail stating I was outside for my appt. I never received a call back and left after waiting for about 5-10 minutes. I’ve been to this shop a few times now, and every experience has been top-notch. There have been a few times I almost panicked over a car issue, and with just a phone call or quick visit, Chris and his team put me at ease. They’re incredibly respectful, kind, and honest. The atmosphere is laid-back, and they never try to upsell, just genuine, trustworthy service. They’ve always gotten me in and out quickly, and their prices are very reasonable. Convenient, reliable, and a place you can truly count on. Highly recommend!
Chris was amazing and fast I need 1 wiper transmission done and everyone was giving me the run around and he got me in same day and didn't overcharge he was polite and very helpful definitely will be gng back
