CAR Services did a pre-purchase inspection for us, helped us spot significant, inconspicuous engine oil leak, and saved us from potential big headaches. The staff was great in accommodating our scheduling requests especially as we were coming from out of town. We were able to speak to the owner Chad and the technician Peti and they were knowledgeable, professional and fair in presenting the inspection results. Tried to come in and get my brakes changed. I called and asked the girl working there what the procedure is and if I can stay there with my dogs and wait. First answer was that I leave my car there for a day while parts come, then the second answer was I can come get my car after a few hours. Horrible condescending hostile attitude from that woman and I still don't know what the procedure is. Maybe get someone that can communicate better?
