Got my tires changed today. It was quick and easy. Thanks to Christina, she made it really easy to find the perfect tires for my car. They handled my car with care, using a seat cover and a mat cover. I got my car back clean with fresh winter tires. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service

Best place for car service, I highly recommend. Gazi is professional and makes sure your repair concerns are fixed. I had an issue with a door sensor for my 2024 Tiguan. His mechanics found the cause within an hour, they fixed it and everything is working well now.
Make sure you get the actual invoice before booking an appointment. They gave us a price on a piece of paper, but on the day of the service they claimed the RIM price had increased as the RIM arrived “just” that morning and increased the cost. I ended up leaving the place, even though I had taken the day off for this appointment. To avoid surprises, always ask for the official invoice in advance. It was very unprofessional.
Went to two different mechanics and they didn’t fix the problem. Went to Car Service Direct and they found the problem and fixed it within 3 hours! Highly recommend 👍
