I recently had the chance to visit Car Service Direct to get some work done on my vehicle and the experience left me feeling obligated to leave a well deserved review on their amazing service. I had personally dealt with their service advisor Jamal who went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. He was thorough, knowledgable and extremely professional. I had a very good experience with this shop. They got the parts and fixed the car same day. They dealt with the warranty company that approved the repairs and kept me in the loop the entire time. Repairs were done good aswell. Thank you Gazi!
