Had my bmw fixed here they where great. I will be using them in future if need collision work done.
I brushed the front side of our Toyota against the garage door. It left a large streak of white paint. I asked the tech to look at it and give me an estimate. “Could I have your keys?” he asked, and then drove the car into the shop. He drove it back 5 minutes later. The white paint was completely gone. He wouldn’t let me pay for the work!
We have nothing but praise for Car Service Collision located in Girard Toyota on Colman Street, New London. Our car was hit from behind at a stop light. Since our mazda dealership no longer has a body shop, we hoped to find one to do a good job. We needed to rent a car as well. We lucked out. I dealt start to finish with Nick. He quoted me on a Friday, took the car in the following Monday and had it ready Wednesday as promised. He’s a man of his word and it doesn’t hurt that he is friendly and courteous as well. My job (a modest dent and scraped paint) was relatively small in the overall scheme of things but to me any damage to my pristine vehicle is of great concern. The repair was perfect.
