Paid out of pocket to have some rust addressed on my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the results. Rich, Nick, and Eve were all great to work with and professionals throughout.

I had a good experience at Coastal Collision. They matched the color and the repair was on point, I highly recommend this shop.
Mismatched paint on my warranty paint repair. Did not reconnect windshield washer fluid line, so it drained windshield washer fluid all over my engine compartment. Did not replace door guards after painting. Attention to detail was horrible. Edit: I found an additional clip on the door trim at the bottom. The trim was removed while they painted but then the glued the trim back instead of replacing the clip. Three months after buying a brand new vehicle, it was dented when the wind caught hold of a coworker's car door and their door hit my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to Car Service Collision in New London. They guided me through the whole process from setting up the appointment to working with the insurance company of the person whose door hit my vehicle to booking a rental vehicle while the repair was done.
