😡😡 I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and competence displayed by Jennifer, the operations manager at FH Group. It is clear that she is completely unqualified for her position. Her lack of professionalism and inefficiency have caused numerous issues and delays. It's baffling how someone so incompetent is allowed to hold such a critical role. I just purchased seat covers from this company and while I love the fact that my seat covers look exactly as they do online and how quickly my order arrived, I hate the overpowering chemical smell that came with the light and breezy flat cloth seat covers. I tried to air them out which made my whole house smell and caused me to get light headed so I took one star off for that.
