For me it was not a good experience at all. I found them on Etsy and chose them because they were close to me enough to drive and see the actual product before buying. Ordered seat covers for Tesla, the selection of two materials, and by the way they looked i was happy with the order. Not worth it if you want to return them. I waited for them because they were out of stock. What I did get was in a box that had been taped up to the point I was fairly certain they were someone else’s return.
We ordered a set of custom fit car seat covers for our 2024 Subaru Forester and I was really impressed with the quality of the construction! They look good, they feel good and they stay on! They require a bit of tugging and pulling to get them installed on the seats since they fit so snuggly, but then they also don't move around as much as most other seat covers. The stitching on my order was done poorly and ripped. No worries, it happens, right? Well, when I reached out to customer service, they required a picture before they would offer assistance. I am disabled and can't use my hands. I paid to have them installed because of this. All I asked was that they send me a replacement part with a return label, and I would return the defective product. Still no help.
