I am so disappointed by Car Scientist... Lots of money charged, no proof of work, no itemized bill, after asking repeatedly. They were supposed to do a 110k Audi maintenance, which covers hundreds of points. Apparently did not do anything. Charged us more than $300 for a diesel oil change, and almost $500 for the rest... Reported the incorrect data to Carfax. We asked for corrections, nothing, we asked for proof of work, nothing and lots of conflicting info. And they closed their doors... So the scam feels real! Wanted to charge me $160 to diagnose the problem.
Took our 2008 Acura MDX to the shop since the AC wasn’t working properly even after charging the freon. Dropped the car off in the morning and Keith took care of it immediately as the problem was solved and repair prices are very good and affordable. Will definitely come back to car scientist in the future for any car repairs/services.
