Ian was excellent and he gave very detailed information as he has adapted the information to ensure I get full information as I am Deaf. He emailed me the information and made sure that I get all information before purchase a car from FC Barnes. He was well-presented, charismatic, and professional, communicating clearly throughout our conversation. I purchased car from them and I am delighted with the whole process. The hospitality at the showroom was amazing as they provided plenty of coffee and water which is nice touch.
It was a pleasure dealing with Luca when making my recent car purchase, he was very friendly and personable and it made the experience much easier than previous car dealerships I have dealt with. He was very attentive and answered all our questions with ease and even helped me out with the Bluetooth and other settings before I set off. They had a great choice of cars and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their car!
I visited on Saturday 30th August, with the intention of possibly buying a used car off the forecourt. I went in the showroom and nobody greeted me, 3 people including the manager were in the office … I played with the red show car .. opened the boot, bonnet, all doors, sat in the front .. sat in the back … walked around it … Nobody even greeted me … I went and got a coffee from the machine, still nobody greeted me .. walked around a bit longer … then walked out with my coffee and went over to Mercedes to look … 30mins misse... read more
Recently bought a car through Luca, excellent service & would highly recommend.
Mervin was fantastic with me really, really helpful. I didn’t buy the car from the dealership. I was leasing the vehicle but have had quite a few issues with understanding the car. Met with Matt on Saturday and he was equally as amazing talking me through all the functions of my new car. Wasn’t liking the Jaecoo 7 but now love it. Thank you guys. You’ve really helped me and I appreciate it.
