Courtney and the guys are just the nicest folks. It's clear they really care about our car. I know that's not all that matters, so I also peeked in the shop and it was clean and well organized. Also, it's the same business as Tirecraft, so go in the door on that side. Also, they're a full service shop, FYI.
After getting the most terrible service and run around at a different shop, my vehicle was brought here. The shop did exactly what they said they would do, and got me all the info I needed without me having to ask for it! Awesome experience with their customer service. No comments on work as my vehicle ended up being irreparable.
Had a compustar remote start installed and the guys were easy to deal with, completed the work on time and with no issues. Good experience overall.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I dropped off my wife's suv for an alignment after having brand new tires installed. Upon completion I was billed, paid my bill and was told nothing about potential issue's. Within 3 weeks I noticed uneven wear on both rear tires. I brought it into car salon, explained the situation to Taylor that after just 850kms my wife's new tires were wrecked.
