Bought a car last November and traded in my old car Still waiting for a manual and sales invoice To then receiving a car parking fine for December 2023 when I wasn't the owner they had sold it and not changed the registered keeper I was promised this was sorted out Today I received enforcement and bailiffs letter No one in the company knows what they are doing Mths down the line still waiting for a resolution Appalling after sales customer service Never dealing with them again alright when taking your money
We purchased Hyundai i20 from them and we also paid for 6 months warranty but we never received any documents from them when I contacted to find out why we have not receive warranty documents, the person keep saying we will send you soon but I never received this warranty document. cannot trust them for my next car. Avoid them
Can't do enough for you always pleasant and reasonably priced definitely recomend
