I took my 1999 Chevy Blazer into Car Rx and after $482.40 including labor (parts - spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor and 3 hours of labor @$85.00 per hour -total trips to Car Rx: 2) I was told my vehicle was fixed and driving normally again. As soon as I started driving my vehicle the second time from the drive of Car Rx, I knew my vehicle "wasn't fixed". I took my vehicle (Mercedes-Benz C230) to Car RX when there was a severe misfire in the engine. It turns out there were several holes in the intake manifold. The part for my intake manifold was only locally available from the dealer. I spoke with the manager, Sandy, she was extremely helpful and took the time to find a part online for cheaper than what the dealer was offering.
