Absolute garbage of a company lending broken down cars charging $300 deposit just to never refund it oh and don't even think about calling they'll just give a million excuses to call them another time. I followed all their rules and returned the car exactly how they gave it to me yet I havent gotten any refund after 2 MONTHS. These people are scammers and will NEVER reimburse your deposit. Trust all other reviews.

I advise using this company with extreme caution. I booked a van for a trip to Mexico and, prior to making the reservation, specifically inquired about the cancellation policy, as my plans were still fluctuating. I was assured that I could cancel up to seven days before the start date. However, a few days later, on a Monday, my group size changed, and I called to cancel.
