Horrible experience with this company - claimed the car was damaged when I returned it even though I had barely used it and parked in a secure neighborhood. They tried charging over $2K for surface-level scuffs/scratches, which I highly doubt I was responsible for, and even if I was the repairs should have been in the low hundreds. Still disputing the alleged damages months later — their third-party claims company won't even provide a final invoice of the repairs completed, only an estimated invoice, so how am I supposed to ... read more
Worst rental experience ever! Go somewhere else!
I would give it 0 stars if I could. It’s a dumpster fire. Don’t rent here unless your broke or out of options
Very dissapointed. I booked a full size sedan through expedia. When I got there they informed me they didnt have any sedans but would "upgrade" to an SUV. well the corolla cross is actually much more compact than what I requested. It has less hip room in the back seat, which is what I needed for my passengers. An upgrade wouldve been a full size SUV, or what I initially booked. Besides that, Isaac was very patient and has amazing customer service. Too bad the company sucks
