Just purchased a Volvo from Car Quay, The whole transaction was brilliant , Megan was an absolute star , and it was a pleasure dealing with her , I have used same garage for last 20 years until this time ,and the change of garages as been a breath of fresh air. Arranged to veiw a car today 27/12/2024, as per phone conversation 3 days earlier, i even called 45 minutes before i arrived, vehicle not at site, vehicle not prepped, dog hair in the car. interior not good. i was interested in another vehicle from here, but have lost all confidence now, half a day wasted. on the upside salesperson very courteous left you alone.
Unfortunately my car purchase fell through at my end ,but Duncan was very understanding and a gentleman throughout, definitely had 5 star service. John Williams.
