Terrible experience with Car Proz. They are refusing to release my father-in-law’s truck and have made the process a nightmare. The staff is unprofessional, the business practices are shady, and it’s clear they don’t value their customers. This is not a place you can trust. If you want honesty, respect, and reliable service, take your vehicle anywhere else. They don’t like whit people.
Dude owner Rafael showed me a car I wanted to purchase and I paid $4,000.00 to him for the car and he let me take it home and he said the title would be ready in a few days. It’s been 2 months and he still hasn’t been able to produce the title to the car. He is a lying thief!!!!’n
12/10 would NOT recommend doing any business with Rafael. He ordered me a part and I never received the part and I’ve been reaching out to him for the last month and a half to get my money and he won’t give me it. Has an excuse for everything.
