The GM is gate kept, I’ve left a number of requests for calls back and he never does. Alternative B is he just doesn’t care about his customers… both are bad 2. The service department will cancel appointments you’ve had scheduled for a while, they will also then tell you to bring in your car early so they can sit on it for weeks. I do not appreciate being lied to and my time wasted. When I talked with Lin Pickard, she confirmed that they would honor the advertised Labor Day special for $3k down, $79 monthly base price plus taxes and fees for their Niro EV. I showed up willing to pay all the fees and taxes with that great base pricing. I was showed a monthly payment of $348m and I said I was willing to pay that monthly if they can show me the math of how the base of $79 increased to $348, because the numbers I was shown did not add up. I had a great experience at the Car Pros Kia Renton dealership. Brady and Gio were fantastic, very friendly, patient, and attentive. I was able to clearly explain what I was looking for, and they made the process smooth and easy. The test drive went really well, and signing the papers was straightforward. They showed excellent courtesy and professionalism throughout. Highly recommend working with them 10/10
