Customer service here is absolutely the worst. Came in for a simple oil change and took 3 hours . Stay away!
Terrible service lie about what you get just to get the sale then when you go to get service they up charge you and take hours for something as simple as a 15 minute oil change.
I will never return to Moval Kia for service or to buy another vehicle from them. Service employee Phillip gave me the worst customer service imaginable. I brought my car in for shaking while braking at 45-70 mph, the same issue fixed under recall last year. They completed the oil change and tire rotation which I didn’t really need but got done anyways since I live 1hr away, but never looked at the brakes/rotors. Made an appointment for a simple oil change. 4 hours later still not done an oil change.. have you ever even heard such a thing.
