This kia dealership have high standards of service, very polite agent and good environment in the waiting room. I was customercof kia in Alhambra that's closed, probably because they don't have the right crew, in last days was so bad, not coordinates between personal.

Recently had a appointment at your service center, but I waited still took three hours. If such delays are expected, it is important to inform customers of the reason for the wait, which did not happen in this case. The waiting area was extremely cold, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
