Worst place to try and fix a warranty issue. You can make an appointment but they won’t start diagnostic until the end of the day, and won’t provide a loaner or any means of transportation. Why would you make an appointment for 9am and then wait until 4pm so they can start working on it? Isn’t it the whole point to bring it in, and wait so you know what’s going on in case they don’t have loaners.
Hope they shut down this branch. No honor in doing real labor, no customer care, they just want your money, if you got a Kia and you wanna take it to the dealer, make sure you go to a different one
Oil change for $140!! Two years ago it was $80, last year it was $120, and now it’s $140! If you plan to get your oil changed here, keep that in mind. I’ve recently moved to another area, so I won’t be coming here anymore. And especially, if they try to sell you a “service plan,” do not sign up for it. It has nothing to do with Kia.
I bought the pre-paid scheduled maintenance that had a term of 6 years or 72,000 back on 2022. I had to move out of state but it was mentioned that it would be valid nationwide as long as I take my car to the Kia dealership. The last 3 times I took my car to apply this warranty, I was told that they don’t accept the insurance company anymore and this service is no longer valid.
