We bought our Optima here in 2020, including the maintenance package, and we bring it here for scheduled service. They are absolutely making attempts to modernize and increase efficiency. They moved the service entrance and they're getting better at check-in. The receptionist here has always been pleasant to deal with. She's very knowledgeable and efficient. Worst place to try and fix a warranty issue. You can make an appointment but they won’t start diagnostic until the end of the day, and won’t provide a loaner or any means of transportation. Why would you make an appointment for 9am and then wait until 4pm so they can start working on it? Isn’t it the whole point to bring it in, and wait so you know what’s going on in case they don’t have loaners.
Hope they shut down this branch. No honor in doing real labor, no customer care, they just want your money, if you got a Kia and you wanna take it to the dealer, make sure you go to a different one
