Unfriendly service and they can't even get customer names right.
Every time I have used the service dept. at Kia Car Pros I’ve had great service. We got our Telluride in 2020 and we had courteous and effective guidance with the problem. The customer support is great. Juan is fantastic with communication and efficiency. Also the front desk staff in the service department has always been exceptional and very friendly. It’s been 6 years and our second car! We highly recommend Kia Car Pros Glendale!

Tony from service department was very helpful and professional. He is really trying to help customers and make sure that everything is done correctly.
I had an 11:00 AM appointment for a basic service and dropped off my car with Greg. I returned at 1:00 PM expecting it to be ready, only to find out that my car hadn't even been touched. I was told Greg had a medical emergency and my file was passed to someone else. I was then asked to wait another hour, but the entire process ended up dragging on for 4 full hours for a simple service.
