I really want to thank Arnulfo Cruz and Service Manager John for taking such great care of me and my car. They made sure my vehicle is safe for my daughter and me, and they’ve always been so helpful without hesitation. I truly appreciate them and just want to acknowledge how much their support has meant to me.
had an appointment for an oil change, a service that i was told would take 45 minutes to an hour. after a few check-ins prompted by myself to ask if it was being taken care of i was still waiting for my car. 2.5HOURS for an oil change WITH an appointment on a tuesday morning. id understand being if they were short staffed but let the customer at least know. cusomer service was good.
This service department is trash! Ask them for tire rotation was not done. Waited an hour and half before got help. If I don’t say anything they would not help. Just make you stand there. Trash Trash Trash!
