Just bought a KIA my insurance would only insure it if the anti theft was addressed. It was BUT ! I think it would of been helpful to put the red service sticker on the windows to tell thieves this car can't be stolen. My drivers side window was smashed and my ignition DESTROYED! You dropped the ball KIA. And I regret doing business with you

CarPros is suppose to be the ‘Kia experts’, however, we have brought my son’s Kia in for the same problem 4 times already. Car’Pros’ can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong. The first 3 times they have said it was something different. The problem is still not fixed. They supposedly were bringing in an engineer from Kia to look at it on the 3rd of August. After 10 days of numerous texts and calls, with no response, we were told he wasn’t going to be in till the 16th. We were promised a loaner car to be available today but that ... read more
