This shop puts customer service first! They also do excellent work too ;) I had them do my annual swap my winter wheels for my summer. I was in need of new wheel bolts too. Their staff was able to find and order the correct part. This was a big win for me as the Jeep dealer was not very helpful on this matter. I'll remain at this shop for all my wheel needs going forward. In short, they've won me over as a new customer. Thank you to all the staff that helped me!
Been coming to Car-Pro for years for all my vehicles. They are honest, fair, and have great pricing. I have older vehicles and they have been very helpful in determining what needs to be fixed and what I could space out or address later to help with the cost. They explain everything very clearly and detailed so I always know exactly what I'm getting. I was referred to Car-Pro Tirecraft when Stellar, the garage I'd been using for service for over a decade, closed shop. Excellent recommendation/referral - the service here has been absolutely top-notch. I recently had a number of parts in the steering column of my 2013 Hyundai replaced. The work was done on schedule, slightly under the estimate, and my car handles and feels almost new! I continue to recommend Car-Pro Tirecraft. Excellent service. Good advice all around. Very friendly staff.
Paid car-pro for premium brake pads and rotors. Two weeks later they were squeaking. Another shop confirmed cheap ~$30 pads and Chinese rotors were installed instead. They also pushed hard for cash only, no credit card. Poor quality work and shady payment practices. Stay away.
